During the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Sri Vidya Mandir in 2020, she promised Dr.Ashwath Narayan, then Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, that she would work in tandem with the BBMP school, Kodandarampura, Malleshwaram to make it one of the model schools in the city and to provide value based quality education, on par with that offered in Sri Vidya Mandir Education Society. Her dream was to provide the same quality to all sectors in the society. And promises that are made in Sri Vidya Mandir are always honoured.

Despite the onset of the pandemic and the sudden demise of our beloved Secretary, her words were kept. Today, the management of Sri Vidya Mandir proudly associates itself with the BBMP School, Kodandarampura, Malleshwaram and strives to provide quality education to one and all.

The teaching staff of Sri Vidya Mandir school and Vidya Mandir Ind PU college have been voluntarily rendering their services to the school and have been training the students at all levels. This is the 'first of its kind' initiative where BBMP, at the behest of Dr Ashwath Narayan, has sought to join hands with a private educational institution, in an attempt to raise the standards in its school. With nothing to gain, but satisfaction and good will,the management of Sri Vidya Mandir Education Society continues its relentless pursuit in making this model BBMP Vidya Mandir School, a success story.

ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವೆಂಬಂತೆ 2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಮಂದಿರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸುವರ್ಣಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಿನ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಕೋದಂಡರಾಮಪುರ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ನಂಬರ್ 65 ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ದತ್ತು ಪಡೆದು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಜೊತೆಜೊತೆಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಂದಿರ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ವಚನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಕರೋನ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಮಹಾಮಾರಿ ರೋಗ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಲೀಲಾವತಿ ಮಿಸ್ ಅವರ ಹಠಾತ್ ನಿಧನದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಭರವಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಂದಿರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಂದಿರ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃಂದದವರು ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತರಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರ. ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಇದೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪ್ರಯೋಗವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಯಾವುದೇ ಲಾಭವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೇವಲ ಆತ್ಮತೃಪ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜಸೇವೆಯ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡು ಶ್ರೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಮಂದಿರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಮಂದಿರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ.ೆ.
